LET THIS DOG GO BACK TO HIS LOVING FAMILY. WHAT THE COUNCIL HAVE DONE TO THIS DOG IS SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING AND I FOR ONE WOULD NOT LIKE TO BE CONECTED TO THESE PEOPLE. THAT DOG WAS IN GOOD HEALTH BEFORE THEY TOOK HIM AWAY. SEE FOR YOURSELF YOUR WILL BE SHOCKED! THIS IS THE 21ST CENTURY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
